o        Compute net salary and CPF on monthly or multiple times per month;

o        Compute commissions and other payroll-related payments;

o        Provide payroll reports & accounting journals;

o      Process payroll according to client’s instruction, including but not limited to payment of net salary and CPF via uploading to bank or CPF and issuance of pay slips (hardcopy or electronic);

o        Prepare year-end information for staff’s personal income tax reporting (i.e. IR8A and IR8S - hardcopy or electronic); and

o        Prepare IR21 and other payroll related forms.

Outsource leave management include the following:

This involves the maintenance of leave system on behalf of clients and include the following:

o        Provide standardize forms for staff to apply for leave;

o        Administer the recording of leave application and entitlement, according to client’s policy;

o        Assist in calculation for recruits, resignees, deduction of unpaid leave, and encashment of leave.
